If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package:

4. Click on “Order details” for the order you would like to track
5. Find your item, and click on “track item” under the Actions column.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund and within 60 days for exchanges.

• Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Reserve your exchange item online via your order history or contact customer service.
• Items sent back for exchange must follow the same return policy conditions.
